DIY answer: a special plastic and PVC underlay

Hello Marion, for your vinyl partition, I have heard of a product in Julien's technical range which is an underlay for plastics and PVC. It is an undercoat allowing adhesion of current finishing paint on new or old plastic or PVC supports. It is necessary to prepare your partition well before underlaying it, namely to degrease it with a product type of methyl alcohol or acetone, then to sand it lightly before applying your underlay with the roller. Then, after having respected the drying times, you can paint your partition. Two coats will be required. I still prefer Marion, that you will find out about this product in DIY stores, before embarking on this adventure. You too, send us your decoration question
